The State of Real Estate in Greater Chapel Hill-Carrboro Region

The State of Real Estate in Greater Chapel Hill-Carrboro Region

The Chamber hosted the annual The Real Estate Forum this week, featuring Metrostudy Regional Director Amanda Hoyle's timely and comprehensive presentation on the state of our commercial and residential real estate markets.

Hoyle's presentation was followed by reactions from local real estate leaders from  Grubb PropertiesRam Realty Advisors, and Weaver Street Realty, who shared how the data comports with their own projects and experiences on the ground, and what they predict for the coming months.

We invite you to review and share the resources from the forum: presentation slidesvideo recording, and 97.9 The Hill WCHL radio interview.

The Real Estate Forum is the 4th forum in the 2020 Policy Series, which is coordinated by The Chamber's Government Affairs Committee. The 2020 Policy Series includes five forums, each featuring influential guest speakers who address timely topics related to the economy, economic development, public policy, and local elections. The 2020 Policy Series is sponsored by Duke Energy, Durham Technical Community College, and Silverspot Cinema
