Leadership Chapel Hill-Carrboro is an annual cohort-based program where participants build their personal and professional networks as they turn knowledge into action Registration for the 2027 cohort opens in February 2027, with programming kicking off in May 2027. Session 8: Education and Workforce Development – October 29th Participants will explore the local education and workforce development ecosystem and how schools, higher education institutions, employers, and community partners prepare people for meaningful careers. The session will examine local career pathways, work-based learning, and the evolving talent needs of employers. Participants will consider how leaders across sectors can strengthen connections between education, opportunity, and our local economy
