Rogue Listening & Agreements is a boutique intermediation practice specializing in workplace conflicts, transitions, and relationships, with a particular focus on dynamics between co-founders, executives, and other leaders. We recognize and treat the marriage that occurs between people who build and steward a business together, clarifying all the factors that inform decisions, transitions, rifts, and new growth. Our work typically takes the form of a) constrained, solution-oriented mediation sessions anchored in specific questions and yielding actionable memoranda of understanding, and b) longer-term engagements associated with live transition, including recurrent mediation for leadership and transitional support for middle managers and other affected employees.
