Lloyd Grading & Utilities, Inc. has been a trusted contractor in site preparation and installation of underground infrastructure for decades. Wesley Lloyd got his first loan for a dump truck at age 18 and worked on small residential projects, learning the art of the trade from his father, Ed. Over the last 30 years, Wesley and his team have grown organically into a leading provider of site development services on large-scale commercial and industrial projects across the Triangle.
Lloyd Grading & Utilities became HUB certified in 2023. This certification reflects our ongoing commitment to diversity and inclusion. We believe this will open doors to new opportunities and partnerships. We’re proud of this achievement and the dedication of our team in reaching this milestone.
Today, we are still family-owned and run, bringing the same level of commitment and service to our clients as we did when our projects were smaller and less complex. The scope of our projects has grown, and our site development expertise has expanded to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
