iTicket.law was born out of a moment of frustration - and a vision for something better. While attending law school at the University of North Carolina, attorney Daniel A. Hatley received a traffic ticket and hired a lawyer to handle it. The experience left him feeling ignored and in the dark. The communication was poor, the process confusing, and the service impersonal.

That experience stuck with him.

In April 2009, Dan founded the Hatley Law Office with a mission to fix what was broken in traffic law representation: poor communication, outdated systems, and legal services that made people feel more stressed, not less.
