Your Instructor, Daniela Gehman, a second generation Italian American, is a whiz with flavors, textures, and baking! She is willing to share her expertise with you in this class focusing specifically on the area of Rome. Rome is a hub of travel, culture, and of course cuisine, and with her Italian roots she brings the knowledge to the table of how to "do like the Romans."  You won't want to miss the fresh pasta, or this class, so snag your tickets while they last.
